Who we are
Sitewright Studio ("we", "us") is a website-design service operated by an individual sole trader in the United Kingdom. If you have a question about your data, email us at hello@sitewright.studio.
What we collect
When you submit a brief through our site we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name (if provided)
- Your project brief and any references you share
- Optional: budget and timeline preferences
We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
What we do with it
We use the information you submit to reply to your enquiry, quote your project, and (if you go ahead) build and deliver your site. We don't sell or share your data with third-party marketers.
Where data has to leave our systems to do its job (e.g. email via our mail provider, hosting on Vercel, database on Neon), we use providers with industry-standard security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as your account or project is active, plus 12 months after — long enough to handle any follow-up questions or warranty claims. After that we delete it.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@sitewright.studio.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to (a) confirm what data we hold about you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, (d) restrict how we use it, and (e) provide a copy in a portable format. If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for staff login on the admin pages. The marketing site sets no cookies.
Updates to this policy
If we change anything material in how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
