What does the plan actually entail?

We design from scratch around your brand, not a template. Colours, typography, layout, copy tone. All crafted for you.
Connecting third-party tools to your site: contact forms (Resend / Formspree), analytics (Plausible, GA4), booking (Calendly), payments (Stripe), CMS (Payload), newsletters, etc. One integration on Starter, two on Small Business, unlimited on VIP.
After we ship the first draft, you give us feedback in writing. Each round = one batch of changes (copy tweaks, layout adjustments, swap-outs). Most projects need 2 rounds; we include 1, 3 or 5 depending on tier.
Once a year on Small Business + VIP, we sit down (60 mins, video) to review what's working: traffic, enquiries, what pages are converting. We follow up with a written list of recommended tweaks for the next year. No hard sell, just an honest review.
VIP only. Every 3 months we audit Lighthouse scores, page-speed, broken links, SEO basics, and tighten anything that's slipped. You get a one-page report.
Up to ~30 minutes of changes a month included on every recurring plan: copy tweaks, swapping images, adding a team member, updating a price. Bigger work (new sections, new pages) is quoted separately.
Your site runs on Vercel under your domain with auto-SSL. We handle dependency updates, security patches, and uptime monitoring.
